Delivery and return

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.

Each item must be returned to us in its original condition (label, fabric bag…).

Returns are at the expense of the Customer and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. We will reimburse the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer.

If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.

If your product complies with the above conditions, then you can send it back with your Return Form to be printed.

Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to order a new size or colour, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
